Once, I packed a backpack and bought a plane ticket to NYC. I only stayed for about 48 hours because I had to work the following Monday. It was fun to do something spontaneous and out of my comfort zone!
I was born and raised in Wichita Falls. I graduated from MSU in May 2019. I have a degree in mass communication and a minor in public relations and advertising. I have a love for animals, traveling and reading. I have a two-year-old Weimaraner and he goes almost everywhere with me!
How are you creating a new normal and taking care of yourself during this time of uncertainty?
I am creating a new schedule for myself. Something to stick to and keep me motivated during the day. I continue to make to do-lists, so I am on top of my daily and weekly tasks. I make sure to take time to go outside to be active and get fresh air. I also save time before bed to read. It’s a great way to end the day and clear my head.
